Product Submission Guidelines Terms and Conditions:

Pre-screening:

You are submitting your Product(s) for the express purpose of being considered for evaluation by our Go Baby Mom Testers Program in pursuit of the Go Baby Approved Seal. If the product is deemed to be appropriate for evaluation by our Go Baby Mom Testers you will be notified within 48 hours of the receipt of your complete application and a request for samples or other materials will be sent.

You are required to include a digital image of your product with the application. You will receive an automated email response acknowledging the receipt of the application. Applications without digital images will not be considered complete and will not be accepted.

By signing the attached application you represent that any material which you submit to Go Baby in connection with the product submission and any preliminary discussions between you and Go Baby resulting from such submission, including, without limitation, designs, specifications, marketing materials, instructions, prototypes and product samples (collectively "Material") will be (i) original to you and that no other person has an interest therein or claim thereto, or (ii) that you have sufficient rights in and to the Material, including but not limited to any intellectual property, patent, trademark, and copyright so that your submission to Go Baby will not violate the rights of any third party. If you are not the inventor you must include any and all agreements between you and the inventor indicating your ownership to the product or intellectual property.

You will be required to submit a valid credit card number and will be charged $50 which covers the cost of processing your application. If your product passes the initial screening, you will receive an email which will instruct you as to the next steps in the evaluation process.

Your submission does not obligate Go Baby to approve your product. Your submission ensures that Go Baby will review your request for consideration of the approval seal only. If you have any questions, please see our FAQ page, or email questions@gobaby.com.
